Character : "Colombard de Neguebouc"
is a white Armagnac eau de vie, collected straight from
the still without being put into oak casks. Produced
by distilling the fruitiest of the Armagnac grapes,
Eau de Vie de Colombard is generous, with a full bouquet
and a delicately spicy flavour.
Serving :
Enjoy with breast of duck, calf's liver, fried foie
gras or with grilled meat, with which it will bring
out all the flavour. At the end of the meal, iced or
at room temperature, it is a wonderful digestive.
