"Ugni Blanc de Neguebouc" is a white Armagnac eau de vie, collected straight from the still without being put into oak casks. Produced by distilling the most traditional of Armagnac grapes, "Eau de Vie d'Ugni Blanc" (more widely known by the name "Saint-Emilion" has supple aromas and is smooth in the mouth

Serving :
Enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif, with or without ice, or with foie gras, smoked salmon or sushi, or in the middle of the meal as a digestive (known as a "Trou Gascon").
