Origin: Gascony.
Produced on land at Château de Neguebouc. 11°.
Rootstock: 3309 and 101-14. Stored cold before fermentation
at 14° to 17°C. Fermentationis halted at a density
of 998 to 1 003 to preserve the fruitiness and elegance.
Total acidity: 5.5 Sugar: 6 grams per litre. Colombard
grape raised on the lees of the Folle Blanche grape
and beaten and shired and then aged for 6 months in
large Armagnac casks.
Character :
Medium bodied to full bodied. Well balanced fruit on
the nose with underlying vanilla notes fromm barrel
ageing well rounded on the palate with grat purity of
flavour.
